A Woman's Unique Workshop with Karen Reimer

Then this workshop is for YOU!

In this workshop you’ll gain some tools for better understanding and working with your pelvic floor. You’ll increase your understanding of the pelvic floor muscles and how they work together with your breath, and your abdominal muscles. You’ll also learn how to gauge whether your pelvic floor is too tight, too weak, or a combination of the two. You’ll leave this workshop with a clearer understanding of your particular pelvic floor and ways to keep it healthy.  We also have some fun and you can win chocolate!  It's a great way to spend a couple of hours with your girlfriends, Mom, Aunt or even Grandma.   

About Karen Reimer:  Karen found yoga in college and soon found that yoga helped her immensely with her stress from an everyday life of classes and 3 growing boys. She loves to teach and decided that yoga teacher training at Dragonfly Yoga in Livermore would be her next stop.  Soon after she became a certified yoga instructor.  Not only does she teach vinyasa, she is also certified to teach pre and post-natal yoga and is trained in pelvic floor yoga therapy.  Currently she stays busy being a yoga teacher and a doula along with spending time with her very much loved grandchildren.
